I am always looking for ways to make yummy treats without gluten. These cookies are delicious and healthy at the same time, and are also made from ingredients that are staples at my house.
You will need: Gluten-free quick cooking oats, peanut butter, vanilla, bananas, local honey, and M&Ms (optional). First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Then, mash two bananas with a fork and set aside.
Next, combine the mashed bananas with 1 c. of oats, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 tbsp. local honey, and 1/2 tsp. of vanilla.
Add 1/2 c. of mini M&Ms. I put M&Ms into half of my batter, and left the other half without.
Form the dough into teaspoonfulls and place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
These are so so delicious and guilt-free! There’s no reason not to make them!
