Spring is on its way, along with lots of rain and thunderstorms. Sometimes the conditions don’t allow me to be able to run outside. I usually try to go to the gym on rainy days, but there are some days when I don’t feel like going anywhere. I have the perfect solution for a rainy day workout that you can do at home without any equipment!

1. Burpees- 30 seconds

2. High Knees-30 seconds

3. Crunches- 30 seconds

4. Mountain Climbers- 30 seconds

Take a 30 second break

1. Push-ups- 30 seconds

2. Jumping Jacks- 30 seconds

3. Lunges- 30 seconds

4. Squat Jumps- 30 seconds

Take a 30 second break

1. Side Plank (Left Side)-ย 30 seconds

2. Jump Lunges- 30 seconds

3. Side Plank (Right Side)- 30 seconds

4. V-Ups- 30 seconds

Repeat 4 times.

This is a short workout, but the intervals definitely get your blood pumping! The best part is that you don’t have to leave your house!

  1. Love the workout! They do a lot of these exercises in the Insanity DVDs and those always give me a run for my money. It’s a bummer about the rain, I’m annoyed that we’re getting snow tonight! Have a great weekend ๐Ÿ™‚
