Jumping On The Bandwagon

I’ve officially jumped on the kale bandwagon. Not only is kale filled with Vitamin A, C, Calcium, and Iron, it tastes great as well! The kale chips that I made were crunchy, salty, and savory, which makes them the perfect alternative to potato chips. Who doesn’t love guilt free snacking?

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then, wash a bunch of kale, pat it dry and remove the stems with kitchen shears.

Next, tear the kale into small pieces and put it into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. of salt and mix together.

Place onto a foil lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8-12 minutes.
