Happy National Peanut Butter Day! Instead of just eating peanut butter out of the jar (which I will be doing momentarily), try this delicious and healthy Peanut Butter and Banana Shake! I created this shake after my run last night and it was so delicious!
First, chop half of a banana and set aside.
Then, add 1/2 C. gluten free yogurt, 1 tbsp. honey, 1tsp. cocoa, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 5 ice cubes, 4 tbsp. of ground flaxseed (optional), and the chopped banana into the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass, and enjoy!
